The family of Pat Hedderman have set up this tribute page in the hope that people who knew Pat can make a donation to St Luke's Hospice. Pat spent his last few days at St Luke's where he received outstanding care from the fantastic team at the hospice. We hope the funds raised in Pat's memory will enable other patients and their families to benefit from the same high quality care and brilliant support given to Pat and his girls.
